Employers from EU / EFTA Member states can take advantage of the opportunities offered by European Job Mobility Portal. Registered employers have access to CVs of jobseekers having expressed the wish to work in another EURES country. Estonian EURES advisers deliver the general information and practical advice on the labour market situation in Estonia, including shortages and surpluses of workers and opportunities for recruitment, in particular for filling bottleneck professions. In selected situations, EURES can offer tailor-made support for European employers willing to recruit from Estonia.

  • publishing the job offers in the national job search portal of public employment services Eesti Töötukassa. Job offers are only accepted through an EURES network representative from the EU/EFTA countries from where employer comes from.
  • matching and pre-selection of suitable candidates for job interviews, e.g. selecting candidates in line with the needs of the employer, providing support in organising and holding job interviews
  • carrying out small or large scale recruitment projects and events in Estonia– employers from the EU and EFTA countries have the option to participate in national and/or international job fairs.

EURES advisers are available by phone, by e-mail eures@tootukassa.ee and every Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 (CET) via SKYPE (eures.eesti) and
CHAT with EURES. For individual EURES online counselling, there is additional option to book the suitable time here (it requires a valid eID of one of the supported countries).
